This privacy policy applies to the WIS Mobile application (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices. The Application was created by Turnkey Solutions (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as an internal business tool. This service is intended strictly for use by authorized employees, contractors, and affiliates of Turnkey Solutions.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download, log in to, and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., 192.168.1.100)
- The pages or features of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your use, and the time spent on those screens
- The operating system and hardware specifications of your mobile device
- Login credentials, user identifiers, and secure authentication tokens provided by Turnkey Solutions
Since WIS Mobile is an internal productivity tool, all data collected, generated, or processed by the Application is the property of Turnkey Solutions and is strictly governed by the company’s internal data, IT, and security policies.
Location Data
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider troubleshoot application performance and improve optimization.

The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or regulatory requirement
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate internal policy violations, or respond to an authorized government request
- With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to strict corporate data confidentiality agreements
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user data for as long as you remain an active, authorized user of WIS Mobile and for a reasonable time thereafter, strictly in accordance with Turnkey Solutions’s internal corporate records retention schedules.
Security
The Service Provider implements robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of the information processed and maintained within WIS Mobile. Access to data within the system is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis to authorized administrative, development, and IT infrastructure personnel.
Children
WIS Mobile is an internal enterprise tool and is not intended for, or marketed to, children under the age of 13.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to internal applications or data compliance regulations. The Service Provider will notify you of any modifications by updating this page with the revised policy. Continued use of WIS Mobile after an update is deemed approval of all changes.
