Custom software, built around your business

Extending Quasar — and building what sits alongside it — for businesses in Belize.

How we work

We scope the work clearly before it starts — what it does, what it costs, and when it lands — so a custom project is a decision you can make with numbers in front of you rather than a commitment with an open end.

What we build

Four kinds of work we do most.

Migration from QuickBooks

Most of our work starts here. We move companies that have outgrown QuickBooks onto Quasar — chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, stock and history — and we run the changeover so the business keeps trading through it.

  • Historical data brought across, not left behind
  • Parallel running until you are confident
  • Staff trained on the workflows they actually use

Belize compliance reporting

Reports written for the rules you file under, rather than adapted from somewhere else. That includes the GOB E-Invoicing requirement and the specialised returns some sectors carry.

  • GOB E-Invoicing running in production
  • GST returns that reconcile to the ledger
  • Pharmaceutical reporting to GOB specification

Niche inventory systems

Where standard stock control does not describe what you sell — parts with fitments, items tracked by serial or batch, assemblies that consume components — we build the tracking around the goods rather than the other way round.

  • Specialised parts and fitment tracking
  • Serial, batch and expiry control
  • Kit and assembly structures

Integrations and custom development

Quasar talking to the other things you run: scales, label printers, payment terminals, e-commerce, or an internal system you already depend on. We develop directly on the product, so an integration is not a bolt-on.

  • Hardware and third-party system integration
  • Custom modules inside Quasar itself
  • Reports and exports shaped to your process

Tell us what isn't working.

Bring the process that costs you the most time. We will tell you whether it is a configuration, a report, a custom module — or something you should not spend money on at all.
